planning center online update

PCO went through a massive upgrade on monday.

some of you who have bookmarks set are going to have to re set them, as it has changed (this is why some of you are having issues logging in).

so, just go to the home site, planningcenteronline.com, it works… just reset your bookmark to that.

about the t-shirts

if for some reason you did not get your order in for t-shirts, or if you’re looking for more… please leave a comment on this post. once we reach a certain level of interest, i’ll get some more printed up. sorry if we missed you!

rules are the same, please respond with your name, size of shirt, and which campus you’d like it to be available for you to pick up. remember that the cost is $10 per shirt.

i know a lot of you are curious about hoodies… we will be doing another run late this summer, early fall… that will be the time to put in orders for hoodies.

new t-shirts

hey all. i’m happy to announce that we finally have a new t-shirt design, and are ready to start taking orders for new t-shirts. please follow the instructions on how to get yourself a new shirt. these t-shirts are only for people currently serving in the production ministries of cedarcreek church.

DO NOT EMAIL ANYONE AND TELL THEM YOUR ORDER… IT WILL GET LOST

click on the “comments” link on this post, it can be found to the bottom right of this section, and add your request. how many, long-sleeve or short-sleeve, size, and what campus they need to be delivered at.

please remember that these shirts cost $10 a piece. i will be placing the order a week from monday, so you’ll have seven days to get your order in.

your money will be due upon delivery of shirt. thanks guys for serving!

the change begins!

starting this upcoming week, on monday, january 21st, we will begin the transition to using this blog, along with planning center online, to keep our volunteers in the know. bookmark this page for any important information relating to the weekend service. we are committing to using this site as a “one-stop” shop for any cancellations, time-changes, scheduling, rehearsal notes, reminders, and as a place to point potential new volunteers for more information.

this site is completely interactive, so i would ask that you use that. you can put your thoughts on any one of these posts by clicking on the “comments” link below each post. if you have any ideas or suggestions for the site, please let one of us know! currently, the authors of this site are myself (video director), brandon harris (cedarcreek.tv pastor of the arts), jay guerrero (whitehouse campus pastor of the arts), jason smithers (toledo campus pastor of the arts), lisa bullock (lighting director), and jodi bernard (sound director).

all of this, is in an effort for us to better serve you. we want you, the volunteers, to know as much information as possible, and we hope that this will be a better tool for open communication. soon, you’ll be able to sign up for email notifications of when this site is updated, and if you have any form of RSS reader, you can use that as well.

welcome

welcome to the new hub of the cedarcreek.tv production ministry. through this site, you will find information regarding the upcoming weekend service, volunteer opportunities, and various other odds and ends.

the most important link on this site however, is the planning center link up top. this will take you to a page with detailed instructions on how to use our new weekend service planning utility. be sure to familiarize yourself with it, as this is where we are headed in the future. we will begin a slow phase out of the gmail system.

all pages and posts on this site are interactive, so please feel free to ask questions, voice concerns or kudo’s here on the site.
