starting this upcoming week, on monday, january 21st, we will begin the transition to using this blog, along with planning center online, to keep our volunteers in the know. bookmark this page for any important information relating to the weekend service. we are committing to using this site as a “one-stop” shop for any cancellations, time-changes, scheduling, rehearsal notes, reminders, and as a place to point potential new volunteers for more information.
this site is completely interactive, so i would ask that you use that. you can put your thoughts on any one of these posts by clicking on the “comments” link below each post. if you have any ideas or suggestions for the site, please let one of us know! currently, the authors of this site are myself (video director), brandon harris (cedarcreek.tv pastor of the arts), jay guerrero (whitehouse campus pastor of the arts), jason smithers (toledo campus pastor of the arts), lisa bullock (lighting director), and jodi bernard (sound director).
all of this, is in an effort for us to better serve you. we want you, the volunteers, to know as much information as possible, and we hope that this will be a better tool for open communication. soon, you’ll be able to sign up for email notifications of when this site is updated, and if you have any form of RSS reader, you can use that as well.
